I've had CVS over 40 year's. I've been having terrible stomach pain and last night I vomited a lot of blood. Has anyone else experienced this?

Please get to an ER.  Your symptoms could be very serious.  My daughter vomited blood but it was coffee ground consistency which is fairly typical and indicates "old" blood.  You could have a tear or rupture.
I don't know how I missed your post this AM when I checked in but hopefully you are admitted, comfortable and in no danger.
If your symptoms are continuing please call rescue.

Yes, Please get immediate medical attention.

My son had a tear. He vomited blood, but it was a little each time he threw up. Plus he was under medical supervision when it happened. A lot of blood especially if the color is bright red.. would be an indicator that you need to be seen quickly.

You still need to be seen. The pain would indicate that there is a problem still.

Becasue we knew my son had a tear, we had to make allotments for the blood. If it was more than 3 Tablespoons, we were to seek immediate medical help. Please let us know how you do.

Hi, I've had CVS for over twenty years and I was just about to believe that I wasn't going to die during an attack and then blood started to appear at the other end. With my attacks, every ounce of liquid in my body comes out of almost all of my orifices. I went to the ER, they did a CAT scan, etc...My diagnosis was "probably" a rectal fissure. There was a lot of bright red blood. I have had CVS attacks since then with no blood.  I think vomiting blood or having bloody diarrhea is an emergency because they have a doctor see you immediately in the ER.
