Healthy Origins CoQ10 from Healthy Origins suspended in olive oil so they are 100% soy free for those unable to tolerate soy products.   Shipping is free on orders of over $100.  When you call, tell the operator that the CoQ10 is for CVS treatment and remind the operator of the Healthy Origins 50% discount to CVS patients.  Telephone number is 888-228-6650.
website is http://www.healthyorigins.com To receive the discount you must order by phone.

Epic 4 Health, various formulations of CoQ10 available at discount prices for patients with mitochondrial disease and CVS.  Price depends on product. CVSA has a discount pricing sheet or see the pricing sheet online at http://www.umdf.org/site/c.jtJWMMIsEb.4090459/  Discounts range from 40% to 60%.  To receive special pricing call 800-866-0978.

Or order at http://www.epic4health.com   In the comments box on the order box write something like "I am a special needs patient and get special pricing".  Epic4Health will manually adjust the order before processing the credit card.

If you know of another company who is willing to over discounts on CoQ10 to CVS or mitochondrial patients, please let the CVSA office know so we can inform our members.

Just looking on the Epic4Health website at CoQ10 (http://www.epic4health.com/coq10.html) and there are SO many options! How to choose from among all these products? My daughter has been taking supplements, but after reading the forum I have come to realize the brand I bought may not be effective (synthetic with Vitamin E). She hasn't noted any change in energy level or CVS episodes, so I'm thinking a natural supplement may help her more. Is there one particular Epic4Health item you would recommend (preferably CoQ10 with L-Carnitine) to start with?

Please call Epic4health or Healthy Origins and ask to speak with someone there.  Usually it was Mike, I think, who worked with us at Epic.  Healthy Origins is smaller and last I knew there CoQ10 was straightforward and used only olive oil in the capsules.

There is also information on Tischon.org, Tischon is the brand used in most of the studies on CoQ10.

A call will to both companies will be very helpful.

Second change-- they are under .org and .com web page http://www.tishcon.com
