Pasadena, CA   TEAM CVSA

Thanks to Chandra Wilson of Grey’s Anatomy, her daughter,Sarina, and Dr.Richard Boles, CVSA Primary Medical Advisor, CVSA has the opportunity to join in this well-known “Competitor Group” charitable run – one of many.

Save The Date! Sunday, February 19, 2012.

Join Chandra Wilson of Grey’s Anatomy at the

Inaugural Pasadena Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon

This letter comes to you as a request for participation in this upcoming CVSA fundraising event. Some of you are right in the backyard of the Pasadena Run/Walk.

Some of you I know from the past days of CVSA. It would be wonderful to hear from you and know if CVS still plays a role in your life. I’ll be at the walk/run. Find me in the crowd with Dr. Bailey !

I am the President, Founder and Research Liaison of theCyclic Vomiting Syndrome Association. I've been working on the CVSA mission for the last 20 years. I have talked to hundreds, maybe even a thousand, people who are affected by CVS. We have had some success stories for sure, but still have plenty of desperate people calling in to the office and my phone looking for help. We have been able to keep the lights on, the computer running, research support going , and awareness raising = all for the benefit of those still suffering. Because of the misery caused by this dreaded illness, there are desperate people out there. Maybe you know first hand or watch a child suffer because of that misery. The following event on February 19th in Pasadena is an ideal opportunity to do something tangible to help with our work.

Make a donation, come to the race and help Cheer on Team CVSA !

PLEASE CONSIDER A DONATION TO TEAM CVSA IN THE RUN.

Just follow the link below to make a donation – large or small !!!

Kathleen Adams

CVSA President, Co-founder, Research Liaison
