Hi guys... I'm so sorry that I haven't posted in a long time . I have some great news!!! My CVS attacks has slowed way down thanks to my new medication combination that my new Family doctor put me on. I'm still on the Keppra, Zofran, He added Norflex and a new medicine called MaxAlt which is the emergency stop medicine for the attacks. I'm glad that he added the MaxAlt med cause in 20 minutes the attacks stop No migraine before the attacks plus I'm still on my pain med Which really helps with the pain. I'm just glad my attacks have almost fully stopped.. I've only been in the ER twice this year due to the attacks which is a good thing unlike last year which was 5 times in the ER.

You are welcome plus when I do my home reset when it is needed I drink the Life Water which the ER and my doctors said is the exact same thing as a real IV and it really helps, I don't have to be on full bed rest but when it does kick in then it is bed rest for me but I'm feeling really good with the new medication combo that I'm on.  Plus when I'm on bed rest I color and it helps to take the pain away and I just relax and not think about having to kiss the toilet when I'm in full cycle.  lifewtr-three-bottles-860.jpg

Glad you found something that works for you! My son uses a similar medication. He had started with Imitrex nasal spray (imitrex is in pill form as well) But due to side effects uses a med called zomig, again a nasal spray. Easier for application especially if he waits to long for the abdominal migraines.

We both like the SMart water, or Essentia.. PH balanced with electrolytes even between episodes.

Thanks for the update, glad you're doing better.

MaxAlt works for me I'm not allergic to it like the other migraine meds I was put on and I'm so glad this is the right combo that is perfect for me so I don't cycle every 3 weeks now I'm down to maybe 3 cycles in a whole month That is a blessing.
