Ruth at the CVSA office knows the city or town location for the existing support groups.

We did have one in the Ithaca area and based on area code, the NYC area.

Ruth has the information at the office and would also be your contact person for assistance in starting a support group.

You can reach Ruth at cvsa@cvsaonline.org

There was a Boston area support group but I think they stopped meeting.

Would you be interested in starting one?

If you would like to start a support group or find others in your area who have been hoping to start a support group, please get in touch with Ruth at the CVSA office.  cvsa@cvsaonline.org

Ruth will help you to contact others in your area, by zip code or cities and she can walk you through some suggested steps to get ready for your support group.  I think others who have been running support groups would also be happy to answer questions and make suggestions.

Good luck!
