Well I went to the site and kinda read some stuff that made absolutely no since to me, maybe I was at the wrong place.
Is there something there I can take with me to the ER and say "Here Do what it says" or is that what I am to print out and carry to the hospital?
No I didn't read it all but I didn't understand most of what I did read.
Kinda like the Muller report

Copy and paste the below link.  This should bring you the PDF format for just this study.  I think you happened on the big list of research and the titles can be similar.

Let me know if it is still confusing but yes, I think bringing this to your doctors attention will be helpful.  Much of this you are already well aware of and are practicing or have practiced.  The goal is for all adult doctors to have access to diagnosing and correctly treating CVS.

Steve,

Treating CVS isn’t a one size fits all kind of scenario, as you’ve seen on here. The variety of meds used is quiet expansive.

The guidelines are not a one page treatment plan. It’s meant to address it at several levels. Although, perhaps your treating physician would review the material and give you one to use.

I personally have been letting every doctor that I know, know about it. Spreading it around can’t hurt, right? Will make sense to them more than us. But will hopefully spread more acceptance and information on CVS.

Thank you so much for posting these adult treatment guidelines.

It is a lot to read through but a lot of good information.

I have been hoping to get another anti emetic like Emend prescribed and hopefully these new guidelines will help my GI doctor feel comfortable prescribing it.

Jenny,

The Guidelines are on a big banner on the front page of our website. Please share our website with your provider as not only a place to get the guidelines, but there are resources there for medical providers as well.
